Banking Facilities

This project consisted of new construction with a traditional design and site development for a combination of a branch bank and commercial offices in separate buildings. The bank has 1,800 square footage of space on one floor that includes offices, a lobby/teller area, a vault, work areas and a canopy with a drive-up window.  Because this project was a complete success, it lead to repeat business with both the bank and the developer.

This was the first branch office for a 100+ year old community bank. The facility consists of 2,400 square foot of space and includes a teller line, offices and a vault.

Hughes Associates provided complete planning, design and construction administration services. These services included both exterior and interior finish and furnishing selections.  Our services also included take care of all banking equipment, such as the ATM.

Started by a group of local business investors, this new bank was located at a major intersection in Roanoke. The triangular-shaped site dictated the shape of the building, while the tower structure created a beacon visible from a distance. This facility housed the main branch on the first floor and operations center on the second floor.

This main office branch bank is located on the first floor of a 6-story high rise and is highly visible from the street. Large windows and the faux skylight brighten the interior. The undulating ceiling cornice directs the patrons past the Customer Service Representative area to the teller line.

The 6,600 square foot renovation included a lobby/teller area, customer service representative offices, a vault, a boardroom and administrative offices.
