Branch & Associates Roanoke Office

Branch and Associates, one of Roanoke’s premier contractors, purchased the former “Le Mason” historical property to house its organization.  An addition was constructed to house the project managers and estimation department.  The addition was designed to emulate the historic features and character of the existing facility to provide a seamless transition from old to new, with a comfortable and traditional feel on the interior. 

Hughes Associates conducted a thorough building analysis and a structural evaluation, which led to complete planning and design services, detailed construction documents and construction administration.  A special challenge was to duplicate the historic stone work and fascia moldings into a modern, maintenance-free material.
