This project containing 28,375 square feet on one story was constructed in the City of Roanoke Enterprise Zone and surrounded a vacant printing company building of approximately half the size. In order to gain enterprise funds, virtually immediate occupancy was required.

Becuase the existing building was occupied, the new structure was constructed on a fast track
design/build basis. The existing building was renovated and refurbished while the project was occupied and functioning.

Hughes Associates Architects provided super-fast-track architectural planning and design services in close cooperation with both the owner and the City’s Office of Economic Development.
