MarshWitt Associates conducted a needs assessment for the Town of Woodstock, Virginia. The town occupies over 6 buildings  and the study will help to determine remaining life of facilities, cost of operations, and near-term improvements, as well as analysis of current staff composition and future requirements based on 20 year projections.

The study includes interviews with town staff and community stakeholders to understand current developments and impacts, explore centralization versus decentralization of government services, and understand project and community goals. Creation of a space program to illustrate departmental growth, staffing and space needs, and review of existing facilities conditions and their impact on future growth will be explored.
