Comfort Inn at Valley View

The Comfort Inn at Valley View is a 96 room, 4 story facility with 10,900 square feet per floor. Features include an outdoor swimming pool, a first floor breakfast/meeting room, a second floor meeting room and an exercise room. The hotel houses six single room suites and two double room suites.

The structure is a composite concrete slab with steel Hambro joist floor system bearing on interior CMU walls. The Building uses metal studs for its exterior walls with an EIFS finish over a 2-foot tall brick veneer base. The building is also fully sprinklered.
