MainStay Suites at Valley View

This Mainstay Suites Hotel is a 77-room extended stay facility, with 12,000 square feet of space on each of 4 stories featuring a breakfast room, a meeting room and an exercise room on the first floor. Each unit has a kitchen, dressing area, bath and living room space. Sixty percent of the units feature an enclosed bedroom.

The structure consists of a 3-inch concrete floor slab over steel deck and steel bar joists bearing on interior CMU walls. The exterior wall finish is EIFS above a first floor brick veneer on steel stud framing.
