This active church has outgrown its administrative space, therefore needing additional classrooms, accessible toilets and an elevator for the elderly and disabled.
A 5,700 square foot administrative wing was designed with to match the appearance of the existing building.
The children’s ministry and daycare program was in need of additional space and improved playground facilities, so the existing playground was reconfigured and new playground equipment was added.
An elevator was added within the existing facility, providing access to the second floor and balcony level.
Upgrades consisting of 27,000 square foot of existing space to the facility were included within the project. Because the existing heating, air-conditioning and electrical systems were out of date, new systems were added for the educational wing as well as replaced throughout the existing building.
There was a need for a covered access from the parking area for members and visitors, so a new 1,700 square foot Porte Cochere was added, as well as providing additional parking spaces with landscaping additions and improvements. |
