Wayne Hills Baptist Church

Hughes Associates provided a master Plan for this new worship facility on a 40-acre site to include a 650-seat sanctuary, classrooms, administrative areas, youth suite, kitchen and fellowship areas. The building is 27,350 square feet on one floor with a 2-lane entry canopy.

Acoustical privacy in the pre-engineered metal building was provided using operable partition walls with high STC rating to divide large rooms into small classrooms. The large building footprint was divided into three areas, separated by 2-hour fire walls to eliminate the need for sprinkling.

Hughes Associates provided complete master planning, architectural planning and design services in the Team Build approach, leading to detailed construction documents and construction administration.
