Subdivision Projects

Hughes Associates was commissioned to design an upscale subdivision intertwined with nine holes of the Orchards section of the Ashley Plantation golf course.  The subdivision was designed in two phases, Sections I and II, and contain 89 single-family lots that are approximately 0.5 acre each.  The total development including the golf course and the subdivisions is 113 acres.  The curb and gutter roadway network has six roads with over 1.25 miles of paved public roads.  The layout was optimized to enhance the living experience as well as the enjoyment of the golf course.  The project also included the design and layout of almost 1.75 miles of public sewer lines and almost 1.25 miles of public water lines. 

The Civil Department of Hughes Associates Architects was commissioned to complete the design of 2,900 linear feet of residential interconnecting roads with curb and gutter.  The subdivision included 126 town house units where public water and sanitary sewer design was required. HAA also completed drainage and stormwater management design.

HAA also completed drainage and stormwater management design.

HAA also completed drainage and stormwater management design.
