Our Team:
We assign a team of highly skilled, specialized professionals to each project. A licensed professional serves as the Project Manager is the primary point of contact. This leadership provides for overall design efficiency and consistent communications throughout the life of the project.
We work with a variety of consultants, primarily in the fields of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. When needed, more specialized consultants for acoustical design and food service are added to the team. We have found it most often to our clients' advantage to select the sub-consultants after the initial programming and planning is completed, when the scope and nature of their work is defined better.
We can work with firms that you specify, or we can work with an array of firms with which we are familiar and select those who would be to your best advantage to complete your project.
Technology:
Hughes Associates Architects supports its design and production efforts with Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) software. Specialized training in the applications of CADD certifies all of our architects.
We incorporate the use of three-dimensional computer-aided design with our projects to assist in design development. It not only helps us to design your project, but it helps our clients to understand and visualize their project as well.
Our professional staff is continually developing more efficient and productive methods to translate design into coordinated construction documents.
